...well not really, we're just going to the premier of "Twilight Sequel: New Moon." I kinda think the result would be starkingly similar though. Long line in the dark freezing cold. Hysterial squealing fangirls. The spectacular crap that will be the movie. My friend is planning to be drunk for this.

I ran today. And did not want to die. Obviously it must have been a very cold day in Hell.

I just donated money to the Red Cross's International Relief Fund due to all the recent hearbreaking tragedies taking place around South East Asia.

It feels a little bit too little and too late in a way.

Honestly, it saddens me that I only step up with these things when actual disastrous events had already occured. Ideally, I should donate once a month, which I attempted to do before, but that didn't last long at all :/

Sometimes I just hate everything.

Since everyone and their mothers blogged about the passing of the King of Pop, I figured I should also since after all, this is rather monumental - the passing of an icon.

I pretty much think, like the majority of the world,  that MJ was brilliant. Whether it was in singing. dancing, or song writing, he was always innovative and wickedly creative. I think one of my friends said it best, " He's pretty much a musical genius with bad extracurricular activities."
 
If you look at the world of pop now, whether it's US Pop, J-Pop or K-Pop, you can pretty much trace most things back to MJ. He did it first.

R.I.P Michael Jackson. You were a world star, your music will lives forever.

So I went to sleep at 3am on Friday " Night" because my friend kept on talking to me. I got waken up at 6am by another friend to go hiking. We drove for about 5 hours to the hiking trail. We hike for another hour/ 45 mins or so. It was gorgeous (pics shall come later) but in my mind, not worth it for the long ass drive!

Then we went to a really late lunch and 3 hours later, I went dancing and late night snack. I didn't get back until about 1:45 am and instead of going to sleep, I went straight for the computer so I can watch the live streaming of the last Ssangchu ep. from WGM. Now 2 hours later, I can't still sleep because of it with my constant checking/ hoping for the new info. to be leaked out, because let's just say I want to smack the PD for the Joongbo cut of this ep. 

How can they cut out the scene where Hyun Joong wears tuxedo to play the piano for Hwangbo? Especially if that piece is possibly the piece from "Stairway to Heaven" that he never managed to finish learning but promise her that he would for her?!? Does she not understand the concept of a full circle?? I mean I can  somewhat understand they cutting out the BBQ part if the conspiracy theory of him giving his necklace to her in correct because it's a little bit too much for the public especially with that rumor going around...still it's doable, PD!! Watching FO now, I really do think they have shoddy crappy editing on WGM in comparison. 

Anyway, to conclude this entry (which only my dear Tofu would somewhat understands), I just want to say how it's sort of unnerving how smitten I'm with the Ssangchu couple. While I can't lie and say that I believe in something more than reel for them, I can say that Ssangchu really have given me a couple of great months in entertainment. They're just unbelievably awesome with each other. I hope that one of them *coughmalecough* comes to the realization of the amazingness that was in front of him and do something about it. Alas, I fear 'tis but a vain hope on an obsessive fan such as moi  T^T.And next, I will complete my Koreanfied transformation *yes, I'm ashamed! Stop rubbing it in!*  by watching my first Korean drama aka. Leader's HYD. It's gonna be so off watching 4D HJ turning into emo Rui chasing after a dfferent woman :/ . 

But thanx for the great moments and feelings, Ssangchu! You guys rocks!

Next to last my constant update for the week, so I figure I'll lure you guys in with shiny pictures, especially since yelloweito was demanding a picture meme in her update recently. See the love, aki-chan? XD

Anyway, my own Picture Meme style. Whoever wants to do this will get an alphabet letter from me, and you will need to include 5 pictures of things that start with that letter.  Human emotions are funny. So fickle. So sunshine one moment and rainy the next.

 I wish sometimes I just could fold unto myself. Into a space of gray. Blocking out all internal noises of my own thoughts and emotions. Avoiding that thread bare of reality that always call me back, never letting go. 

The understanding of self is hard. The will to change near impossible. 

Will I have a happy ending?

There's really no point to this post...but then again my post rarely have a point. I'm thinking it's one of the charming point of my LJ really. That and color coded words...or maybe not since me too lazy to do said color coded style. 

Anyway, my brother's wedding is in 10 days. I still have no shoes. My kitchen still have no sink nor stove. We're still living refugee style with me using tiny portable stove to cook and garden hose to wash stuffs. There's also no furnitures in our downstair area so basically we've been living in the garage...minus the sleeping. We still have our beds. Or at least my parents and my brother do. I've been migrating from living room to parent's room and now to downstair's bedroom.

And yes despite all that, we 4 still collectively naively believe that everything will somehow manage to straighten itself out at the last minute. It's either the naivetivity or delusions that we're suffering under obviously. 

In other news, I  got to take a break from all the cleaning and go be the geek that I truly am to go watch "Harry Potter" with my friend yesternite at 12am b/c we're just awesome that way. The movie really wasn't worth it b/c God, the acting was horrible. So stilted! I mean I know the 3 main characters of the HP series are just not that good of actors and actress but I thought they sort of improve in the last movie. WHAT HAPPEN?!? also I really dislike this newer Dumbledore. He suck, he so does not do the book Dumbledore justice. Anyway, it was a fun experience to go watch something the moment it opens but the movie was bleh!...except the wand dueling scene was kinda cool.It makes me wish I have magic then I can use my awesome power to clean!!! and I will be able to sleep in my room again as well as stopping the whole squatting thing I've been doing lately due to lack of furnitures. I mean I know I'm Asian and all and we pretty much invented the whole squattting thing but this is just getting ridiculous!

It's 7-7-07. I feel like I should posted something special and meaningful and life shattering to commemorate this day or something. Except it's me and well, I don't do so good in those departments. Furthermore, it's 3am, I have to wake up in about 6 hours to see my brother get hitched and only one side of my nose is functionning. Damn allergy. So I'm even less bright than usual. Thus I shall leave you all with these three gems that was embarked to me by those much wiser than me:

1. When in doubt, just pee into the wind.

2. When the river is on fire, take the muddy path.

3. Was it "Big Bird"?

Obviously, I need to get more intellegent ppl in my life.
